20.000 m2 factory, 2.000 m2 utility and maintenance, 7.000 m2 office and R&D building, 3000 m2 tank farm, 500 m2 guardhouses, arıtma sistemi, transformator center etc.
Toyo Ink, a Japanese brand, is one of the world's leading ink manufacturers. In the industrial complex, where production planning is focused and precautions against high hazard classes are prioritized, there are factory buildings, office buildings, maintenance and utility structures, as well as many industrial auxiliary facilities.
Pruva managed all subcontractor contracts for this project. The coordination and management of the entire organization at the construction site, such as construction management, tender management, design coordination between construction and process, quality management and all PM sevices, was carried out by Pruva.
All infrastructures and installations needed by Toyo's production equipment, such as all production platforms, pipe carriers, purification systems, tank pools, ventilation and exhaust systems, electrical installations, were coordinated by Pruva and constructed on site. Design and construction were carried out in line with Sevesso and UL/FM directives.
